Shipping Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery
   All Fitzye Coaching products are digital and delivered in PDF format. Upon order confirmation, clients will receive an email containing the download link to their purchased book.

2. Delivery Timeframe
   The digital download is available immediately once the payment is processed and the order is confirmed. The download link will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
   

3. Non-Delivery Issues
   If you do not receive your download link, please contact our support team at info@fitzye.com for assistance. Fitzye Coaching cannot be held responsible for issues related to the client’s email service provider or spam filters.

4. No Physical Shipping
   Since all products are digital, there are no shipping fees or delivery charges.
